So your inheritance share will always be in plus. Furthermore, Hoerner Bank AG works on a contingency basis, as do the partners with whom they cooperate to assert your inheritance claim. It therefore simply does not make sense to take on indebted estates. If, contrary to expectation, there are no assets to be paid out or you are not determined as an heir after all, you will not incur any costs \u2013 be it from Hoerner Bank AG or their partners.
