Hoerner Polska Spółka z o. o. is a subsidiary of Hoerner Bank AG with its registered office in the centre of Warsaw. Their activities in Poland comprise of the identification of legal heirs in foreign probate matters and the procurement of vital statistics records required for proof of heirship at probate courts abroad.

Our scope of activity

Researching unknown legal heirs in foreign inheritance matters
Obtaining complete probate documentation, in particular the vital statistics records required to prove the heirs‘ relationship to the decedent for submission to the probate court
Contacting foreign partners and acting as an intermediary in the handover in Poland of the heirs’ shares in the estate
In cooperation with Hoerner Bank AG, we act on behalf of German probate courts, judicial estate administrators and executors of wills.

Hoerner Polska Spółka z o. o. has been cooperating with the Polish authorities for many years and we are therefore well known for our longstanding work and experience in the field of heir research.
