Our scope of activity

  • Researching unknown legal heirs in foreign inheritance matters
  • Obtaining complete probate documentation, in particular the vital statistics records required to prove the heirs‘ relationship to the decedent for submission to the probate court
  • Contacting foreign partners and acting as an intermediary in the handover in Poland of the heirs’ shares in the estate
  • In cooperation with Hoerner Bank AG, we act on behalf of German probate courts, judicial estate administrators and executors of wills.
